The most inspiring and self provoking totka is self-talk and fake it till you make it. Self-talk is the actual realization of who you are. It makes you realise your flaws and give you a chance to improve.

Then Fake it till you make it can be applied as faking anything gives you more motivation.

The totka which I already follow is getting out of my comfort zone. I always keep trying different things and always push myself to achieve more.
